Step #1: Find the medical service you need 2 ways:

Step #2: Add the service you need to your cart and then checkout.
Step #3: We will send a secure link to you by email within 24 hours of purchase. From your secure account you download the voucher and instructions for your service. At the same time, you must upload a photo of your doctor’s order for any labs or imaging that require it. We need your doctor’s order before you can be scheduled for most labs or imaging.
Step #4: After you’ve uploaded a copy of your doctor’s order, the provider will contact you directly to schedule your appointment.
Step #5: Go to your appointment and show the voucher on your phone. With that you are good to go. We will send you a YES/NO message shortly after your appointment to confirm you have completed the service. If yes, we then pay the provider. Be sure to ask the provider for your own copy of the report. If you have insurance, you can use the report and payment receipt to request your insurer to apply the cost of service to your deductible. The insurer won’t always agree, because cash payment may be considered “out-of-network” but many times they will allow it. It’s that easy and you can call or email us for any questions. We offer Custom shopping for Specialty Procedures or any medical service not on our shopping list. From a specific type of X-Ray that is not listed to knee surgery or even cardiac bypass surgery. We will find options for you based on your priorities. If reasonable cost is the primary objective, we can find high quality US providers for the service you need, though you may need to travel and stay in a hotel 1 or 2 nights. If location/experience of the provider is the primary objective, we can find a provider that meets your criteria. Again, you may need to travel and stay in a hotel overnight.
